Hi, try these 5 easy steps - guaranteed basement dragon-free!!!
1. Wear protective gear!
2. Leave a trail of booze bottles, form the basement to the back door. Try to fill each bottle a little more than the previous. His love for the substance (booze) will lead him in curiosity. {Sure he would want to retrace he's steps, one he feel better.}
3. while your specimen is intoxicated, put welding rods in his nose, so that if he decides to fire, it will end up in Sparkles!!! Remember that this is dangerous, so be sure wear protective helmet and be armed with Fire extinguisher
4. Tickle his nose, and rub his ears. this will make him relaxed, he will soon enough realize his headache and begin his search for more booze. Plz be careful, as if this operation should go wrong, you would end up in his dinner plate.
5. If all goes well, die dragon should follow his booze trail and walk staidly out of the basement and out of the backdoor! Plz note that a intoxicated dragon mite not walk as stable as a sober one. plz remove all breakables form his walking space.
6. Well done, if you followed these steps, ur dragon should be out in no time. Good-Job! Enjoy it, toast to you, and be sure its non alcoholic! Thumbs up!!!!
PS. If the above dragon is a female plz change all booze related steps to chocolate.

thats a tough one.. I'd first ask.. how a dragon got in the basement to begin with.. drunk or not.. .. Harry Potter .. would know what to do .. at a time like this!
