You can obtain a visa through the travel agency where you book your trip to Mozambique or at:

Requirements for a visa are: a passport with at least 6 months validity, 2 passport photos, a visa application form and a copy of your round trip airline ticket. Sometimes proof of permanent residence status or valid entry visa for country of origin is required.
The cost of the visa will depend on where you are applying. Prices range from about $20 - 40 for a single visa and $ 40 - 100 for a multiple-entry visa. Visas take about a week to process.
