James Bond works for MI5 so is that the same outfit that MI (Mission Impossible) is? I thought they were both in England as well. Movie buffs, here is your chance.

I know they are different movies but is the spy agency supposed to be the same one for both?

its not even remotely related.Ethan Hunt works for the IMF impossible mission force i know it sound crazy but that's what it stands for ans James Bond Woks for MI5 or something. I dont see any thing in common between them.

Close, but not quite. The Mission: Impossible team are apart of the IMF (Impossible Missions Force). There is some debate whether it's it own company or a black ops for the CIA.

I'm fairly sure the Mission Impossible crew works for the CIA, so no real relation

Why would they be related...the closest they come to being related is the MI6 thing. They are two competely different series of movies.

no they are not related.......
just b coz they are action movies....one being a secret agent and other being a fbi agent ....well they work for something to get the villian into their web.....you might find many similarities if you think that way.....
