I think he is doing a great job broadcasting and really has a knack for it. We all know he loves the cowboys and all ways will simply because that's his home and if given the chance he might actually try it.
But i still think that it is unlikely for him to become the head coach.

No hes not a puppet and that is what Jerry Jones wants. I would like to see him as a quaterback coach for Romo but that is not going to be.

No he is making too much commentating. Besides he should probably be an assistant somewhere first.
