Yes of course the first step is to collect evidence ,that means fully documenting the entire experience so your gonna have to start collecting your stool or "squirt" as you call it. Simply bring a large clear plastic zip-loc bag into the restroom with you, as one incident of the "squirts" can not prove negligence you'll have to collect multiple bags filled with the "squirts". I suggest collecting at least 14 zip-loc bags full, remember to keep a video log of you consuming and expelling the Taco Bell from your body. Once you have compiled all your evidence, bring it into an attorneys office explain to him your case an show him your bags of evidence.

Sure! You can sue anybody for anything. You can even sue someone for asking you a stupid question. However, it doesn't mean that you'll win or even find a good attorney to take your case.

If I was you, I'd just take some Immodium Ad and forget about it.

Cheers!

You can, if you want to look like a stupid *** hole. How do you know it wasn't the food you ate a little earlier in the day that gave it to you. Or possible you just drank too much beer before eating.

Nope. If you are dumb enough to eat at Taco Bell you deserve what you get.

You pay your money; you take your chances.

No, because there's no way to prove that it was their food that did it to you. And if you could prove it, you'd just be with the millions of people that have the same problem with that food. Your case would be laughed at and thrown out.

No. Well, you can try. But, you'd lose. What are you going to say?? "Oh, I had to wipe my butt too much cuz I ate fake Mexican food!"? That won't hold a lot of water! (no pun intended!)(Ah, who am I kidding? Pun intended.) Yea, the judge will probably have a similar experience to share.

Sounds like a personal problem.

Yes, but you'd loose. You have no evidence of what caused it, especially if it was more than a few hours ago.

Sure. Go ahead. Maybe you will get rich, but then again, maybe you will just look like a fool.
