In my free time I like to listen to music. Music is relaxing and it helps me fall asleep. I like it when after a long day of working, I play a song that I love and it helps clear my mind. It's like I don't worry about anything around me but relaxed. I also like music because music helps me fall asleep. Some nights when I can't sleep, I just pop a smooth song and after the first few hours I just fall asleep and wake up latter with so much energy. That’s what I do on my free time.

I do crafts. I love doing plastic canvas, cross-stitch and making items from wood then painting them. I also enjoy sewing, especially making doll clothes for my granddaughter. All of these things relax me, not to mention that I get a bit of satisfaction at having made something.

Research recipes, listen to music, do crosswords, watch the Food Network and the news, and when my husband's in the mood we play trivia games together. Anything to keep our brains sharp!

When I go up or down to the the coast go to the beach swimming, playing beach cricket. followed up with fish and chips for lunch. (it also need at least 5 other people to play cricket)
At home watch cricket, play nintendo games, puzzles and chess online and listen to music.

I like to go on long walks, especially by a lake or on trails. I also go to the gym, play with my puppy and I love a good Nap!
