i went to the gyn monday, and all was well, except for what appeared to be an ovarian cyst. when the doctor applied pressure repeatedly, it then became uncomfortable. the area feels kinda full, and now feels a bit uncomfortable but not painful. i noticed also an increase in discharge, normal consistancy but smells a bit off. is it possible that this cyst ruptured? or is there a pelvic infection? i'm going back in, but i just want to know if anyone has had a similar experience.

(also due for my cycle in less than a week, was also displaying what could be symptoms of pregnancy)

forgot to say...the tender spot is on the right side, only in the area of the ovary. it doesnt hurt, it just feels uncomfortable when you poke at it as hard as the doc did!

so i guess abdominal pain isn't the correct term for what i'm feeling. its tenderness, not pain.

Could be a number of things, could be a pelvic imflamatory diease, chlamydia, something of the sort... whatever it turns out to be , please let us know.. it would be informational for us women, especially the one's who dont think nothing of the symtoms and dont get checked regularly. Please let us know how that went.

Best of luck!
