i have complete b.h.m.s from gujrat,india.i am interested in the hospital addm. course but i don't have much detail about it. will this course be nice for me?how his it's future?and what's about salary standards in starting & afterwards?which college/uni will be nice for me.any abroad options for study course or job afterwards?

In America, the career of Hospital Administration carries both large responsibilities and an equally large sized salary--espicially true in large metro cities; the particulars (perks) widely vary with each institution (and how well a secret they're kept...wink, wink).
So if a "b.h.m.s" college degree from India is akin to a MBA degree from any American college (espicially the famous "Ivy League" ones), then you may find doors of opportunity here in America.
