www.nwa.com Play with the dates some. Wednesday and thrusday are the cheapest travel dates. Avoid Easter week or any other holiday season.

Northwest Airlines is ok but I prefer either Eva Air or China Airlines. They both fly from Seattle to Taipei where you change planes and fly to Manila.
