How do you wear a tie?

I have a hard time putting that thing on. How do you tie it, turn it around, etc. Please. I know this may sound silly, but I need help.

get one of those ones on the elastic. You don't need to tie them and they look real enough

There are a number of sites with animated demonstrations of how to tie various knots.

The best site I've found is

and the full windsor knot is easily the best knot to tie.

Incidentally, that knot can be loosened at the end of the day and the tie removed over your head without retying the knot.

Goggle "How to tie a neck tie" or better yet go to Menswearhouse and ask them to show you how to tie it. Honestly I hate ties and do not wear them unless I absolutely have to!

i think you should ask your friend or parents

if you ever get it tied but not learned, keep it tied, but just loosened so you can use it for later haha
