Location ? Where do you want to base your business?

If it is in INDIA :

You need to obtain membership of a recognised stock exchange in India. May be from Bombay Stock Exchange or National Stock Exchange (both are based in Mumbai). Please go through the websites for requirements, eligibility etc ( www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com)
