A while ago i told a good female friend that i had feelings for her. she said she 'dosnt want to risk our friendship'. we've always had tons of fun togeather, but now i can tell theres an uneasiness between us. how do i get over her and move on and also try to make things the way they were before? now i know why girls are always afraid to get involved with friends because in this situation all i had to do was tell her i have feelings for her and now things dont seem right! is there any way to fix this issue or did i ruin our relationship forever?

Two options:

1) Remain friends. If something comes of it, great. If not, at least you still have a friend.
2) Tell her your feelings. "I'm really falling for you, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah..." Either she feels the same way for you or she doesn't. If she doesn't and there is an "uneasiness" between you, she's not a friend anyway. A real friend would understand. Understand?

I think I'm going with the same situation, but with a male friend who didn't want to take it further...I wonder where the uneasiness is coming from (your side or hers)? Did you really accept the fact that she only wants to be 'friends' and do you really want to be friends or there is tiny hope that things may move onwards?

On the other hand, she may have difficulties with relationships & keeps reassuring herself that she wouldn't lose you (or your connection) if you stay as 'friends'.

Whatever the reasons are, you need to pull back a bit, so your emotions can cool down a bit, & both of you realize what you've been missing about each other & think it over:)))

I hope this would help.
