I am quite confused from the taunting attitude of my fiance.please note that my fiance is my cousin.infact it was my mother who offered his mother for our marriage.now in every conversation he relates that my mother asked his mother for marriage and then he agreed and i agreed as well.
my fiance lives abroad and his financial situation is not so good that is why he can not come to my country right now for marriage. when i gave him a proposal to come alone instead of coming with his parents for marriage (to save money)then he became negative with me and sent me a long email and wrote me that he has been insulted.
now i am very confused about him. his parents and siblings are very nice with me but his attitude is always rough and taunting.
please advise what should i do. should i leave him????

i dont want to insult you about marrying your cousin because it might be a custom or acceptable practice where you come from. so- all i can say is that it sounds like your fiance does not treat you with respect,cousin or not,and that is worrisome. if he is hateful now, dont expect him to get better after you are married. either have a good long talk with him, and come to some kind of meeting of the minds as to how you expect to be treated, or move on. personally, in my true opinion, if a man has to be told to treat me with love and respect, then, so long...

I say, YES LEAVE HIM, the "taunting" thing is the smallest issue in your life...
More alarming should be that you're gonna marry your cousin, commit incest and then bring mutant babies to this world, and most of all, EVERYTHING under the approval of your mother!!!

it's really not a good idea to marry your cousin - it's a health issue for your kids - genetics - bad juju.
this does not sound like a good start or attitude.
i would advise you to forget about marrying your cousin. i really think you will be the better for it.

Yeah, leave him. He wants to run everything, and to make sure he gets his way, he's bringing his whole family. Find someone who will put you first, not his mama.
