This is coz they wanna get the feeling of how do women feel when they wear it. there might be cases of even crossdressers or other things , but they wear it for pleasure or even if they r forced to wear it.

either because there cross dressers. or its something he does with his wife/girl friend as a turn on, some ppl find it hott.
