There's nothing you can do now. Sorry.
You should try to relax, though, and not worry too much about it. Stress can make your period come late.
Also, not to be a nagging b*tch or anything, but I hope you remember how scary this feels and get some protection next time. Good luck.

If you understand this little about female reproductive cycles and biology, you should not be having sex. You can't stop the clock and you can't undo what you've already done, but you can keep it in mind for the future, starting now.
In the meantime, do you understand what a period is?
Your body prepares, every month, for the possibility of a fertilized ova implanting in your uterine lining. In fact, it prepares your uterus for just that, by preparing the lining, which is largely but not entirely blood. A pregnancy results when a mature ova is released, fertilized and implanted. That lining is the original source of nourishment for that embryo, until your body produces a placenta that will transfer nutrients to the embryo and then the fetus/
If no fertilized embryo implants, then there is no reason for your body to retain that old nutrient bed, and it sloughs off. That's your menstrual period.
If you are not pregnant, you will have your period when your are scheduled to do so. But if you continue to stress like this, your will not have your even, even if you are not pregnant.
And when you do go back to having sex, use birth control. There is no method of birth control that alone or in combination with any other method or methods of contraception that is 100% effective. But it does significantly reduce the chances.

well as a nurse i know of nothing that can bring period on early, but if you want to stop worrying about being pregnant take a pregnancy test. most are very sensitive and can detect if you are pregnant. I would also suggest if this much anxiety you might abstain from intercourse or birth control. Stress like you sound like your having can actually prolong you from starting.

If your period is in a few days, you should be able to take a pregnancy test at this point. I think you have a week before your missed period to take one for it to be accurate.
I don't think you can CAUSE your period to begin, however. Its a biological process.

Well first, it is possible to have your period and still be pregnant. You won't have periods all along in the pregnancy, but it's possible to get it the first months. Second.... USE PROPER PROTECTION NEXT TIME.

as far as i know there is no way for you to force your period to come. not unless you're on birth control pills.
take a pregnancy test and see if you're pregnant before you start taking or doing things to yourself.
