First of all if he really cared about you he would wait and if you cared about you , you would do it when you are truly ready. If he can't understand that then he is not the person you should be doing that with in the first place. Furthermore, if you need to ask what to do and how to do it then you shouldn't be doing it in the first place.

There is something known as body language which reveals more to you that what the opposite persons says to you. This is nothing but the way he is talking, his gestures etc, etc will tell you whether he is sincere or is taking you for a ride. After analysing all these things nature would take care and you will find your answer.
