Has anyone read the article about this in the new issue of Rolling Stone?

I think if Al Gore could put his environmental issues on the back burner for awhile and concentrate on some of the more pressing issues facing this country presently - he would probably have a good showing.
A lot would depend on events in Iraq in the next two years and who the republicans nominate to run.
He certainly has the recognition, and I don't think anyone considers him a dummy.

Al Gore makes a dim bulb look bright. Al Gore couldn't carry his home state when he ran for president, and had he done that he would have been president. We owe a large debt of gratitude to his home state, they knew better than to support him.

I bet that's the plan. Obama is the decoy, Hillary might be VP.
08 is too far away to predict. Anything could happen on the world scene, and have a big influence on the outcome.

He would still lose , lets face it he couldn't win in the closes race ever ! he's a looser get over him already , and he got fat And he still talks that global warming **** like people could actually do something about it. if ,it were happening it's a crock , the weather has always varied over the years in the 70s it was were heading for and ice age now it's global warming I'm surprised how people keep falling for everything they hear when are people going start thinking for themselves again I miss them days !
