Well there is tons that you can do. Some just depend on where you live. Here we go
News Paper route
Tutoring younger Children
Write a book
Invent something
Flower Sales
Water Sales
Tie-die T-Shirts are not really in but I did this when i was younger
Make & Sale Pens with flowers on top of them
Look into diffrent arts and Crafts that you can make and resale
Pooper Scoooper Duty
Make Lolly Pops and Sale Them
Dog walking & washing
Babysitting
Lawn work
Offer to do Extra work around the house
Offer to help out Elderly nieghbors
Offer to do some chores for some single parents in your hood
Ask your mom, dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncles or Aunts
Check with your school counsler
Check out your local library to see what kindof books they have on this topic. [I know when i was younger I lived in Tampa, FL and the Library down town had some books maybe your library has some]

when I was 13 I'd ask my mom if I could wash the car or extra dishes for extra money. But I know some parents are stricter with money

Sometimes schools will give out jobs for 13 year olds. Our middle school has a summer program for corn detassling. I personally, would never stoop to those levels.
