Definitely!! Start checking around about other jobs when you can - check out the employment office, read the want ads, talk to friends, etc. In my estimation, I would rather be working at a job that I better enjoyed rather than a pull-your-hair out every morning type of one - even if it meant lesser pay.
Most of the time when you get into a position in which you enjoy, you contribute more and are more aptly to be rewarded - raises, perks, etc.
Good luck!!

yeah man, i had a job about 18 months ago where i literally would stand in the shower in the morning and bang my fist against the wall in despair that i had to go in to that salt mine again. i went in one morning and told them i was moving to colorado in two weeks. before completely jumping off the proverbial train i made a few phone calls to friends in my industry and luckily, i was offered another job a few weeks later with same pay in an area that i really wanted to live in. that defied all odds but i think i would rather be happy than employed and was totally prepared to set about that journey.

Yes, I would deffinatley find a new job if I felt like him because it's a waste of time and it's unproductive.

Don't waste your life! Do something that you actually want to do and enjoy doing it.

Good Luck and God Bless, hun

That's what a job is. Doing the same monotonous thing day in and day out. A different job will just give you a different rock.
