Personally, I like bigger guys, and probably always will, and I find beauty on the inside. All I have to ask you is, What do YOU want to do? Because that is the only opinion that matters, what YOU feel comfortable with, not complete strangers, or even the people around you that you see every day. Go with your heart. If other people can't see the beauty within... they can rot! lol, I've never liked people like that anyway! and exercising can go a long way, even only a couple days a week for 10-25 minutes. Do what you want to do, not what others tell you to do. Have an awesome day!!! :)

How 2 gain ur handsomeness back? *LOL* Try working out. Walk 2 miles on the tredmill at least 3 times a week. Start eating healthier. However, ppl that tell themselves they can only have low-carb things, end up gaining weight like crazy when the diet is over. Don't tell urself what u can and cannot have. I'm just saying that u should cut more healthy foods in2 ur life. Go 2 the gym, and work out. Eat only when ur hungry. Don't eat when ur bored, depressed, sad, unhappy, etc...I hope this helped. Your handsomeness is from inside of you more than you know. Be a person who smiles, cares about others, and express confidence. These are characteristics of those who others think are attractive. If you are not happy with your extra weight gain, you can substitute your evening meal with a protein shake, adding fruit if you want. Or make your lightest meal of the day at night.

Didn't you say you "gained some weight" not grew unreal amounts of facial hair and horns.....right? Good Lord...just lose some weight I think you'll find your "hansomeness" was right where you left it. And use spell check before you send this stuff out, better to be thought wise than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Exercise and don't eat rice or bread, eat foods which are low carb like tuna and fruit & vegetables. For exercise walking or running is a great way to lose weght and so is swimming, do something like that everyday and go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week.

Well first you never lost your handsomeness, you just lost your shape, so truthfully there is nothing for you to gain back but your confidence in getting your figure the way you want it.

Start exercising (jogging) and eating healthier. Don't beat yourself up over it, and keep a positive attitude. Some ladies like a little weight on a guy.

get back to excercise; it's the best way to get back in shape and feel good. also continue to believe you are handsome even if you have gained some fat.

if you like your appearance then do nothing about it
if not then ecercise the weight off and change to a healthy diet
a little goes a long way
