School was never invented. To be precise school never invented or started by any one person in particular.

Earliest known school or teaching academy (residential) was known as Gurukul. This existed as ancient as 5000 BC (at least if not earlier). A Gurukul (Guru refers to "teacher" or "master"; Kul refers to his domain) is a type of ancient Hindu school in India that is residential in nature with the shishyas or students and the guru or teacher living in proximity, many a time within the same house. It depends on how you perceive the word school, if you refer to the building then I would say carpenters. But if you refer to a place where we first learned things, I would say parents invented school because it is at home where we all had our first education and lessons in life.

learning began with the dawn of man. As we progressed as humans, individuals would gather around those with the most experience/skill of the group (the elders of the tribe) to learn from them. Lesson's learned were shared or new discoveries that would help the younger members avoid the same mistakes and/or improve upon the accepted methods and processes.

no one pearson invented school, at one point in time u learned as u growed from a baby, your parents,grandparents, and people, around u teach u what u needed to know,then we needed to know more, to do more than our parents,some one who stuyed more became a teacher,then thay would teach all the young,who was old enough to understand,then they needed a building to protecte them from the weather and this is SCHOOL.

2000 years ago there was guy named ballack school ,he had 25 children /wife, he had no idea what to do cos he had 25 wives
so all the schools joined together and started a place where all the kids could stay ..and years later all the kids around joined the schools and later to honour the great ballack school's innovative idea ..it was named as school ..now you understand
