175lbs is really good bench press for a 15yr old girl regardless of your size. I think average (for girls who can even bench at all) in my weight training class is 90lbs.

175 for a 15 year old is ridiculous...like...ridiculous, ridiculous. Most 15 year old guys would struggle to bench more than 120 unless they work out consistantly.

Still, be careful, as the other guy said weight lifting, and especially as much as you are, at a young age like that can be dangerous to your health.

Depends on your size... plenty of 15-year-old girls can't do a bench press, period, though, so I'm thinking that's not bad.

You are too young to be lifting heavy weights. Your bones aren't fully developed. I was liftin a bit more at the same age you are and I permantly messed up the joints in my arm. It was later I learned about the bone stuff.
Ignore me at the rist of permant injury.

That all depends on how much weightlifting you've done, body weight and muscle mass, and amount of leverage.

If you're skinny, short and haven't done much weight training, that's great.

If you're tall, muscular, and have been lifting for years, then it's probably time to move up.
