You may need some powder for oily skin but...Eyeliners come in different softnesses. The typical .99 one is soft, wears off quickly. If you want to try one that lasts all day get the red Maybelline pencil. It is good sharp and dry for the brows and around the lashes but you can also melt it 5-10 seconds with a hair/hand dryer and then let it cool a few seconds (till it's lost its shine)and apply to inner area, for a long lasting effect, just above your lower lashes. Do not put it on the tear ducts (inner most eye). Donna Karan wears eyeliner above the lower lashes like this. Have fun. (Try lavender for the shadow!)

You shld try applying concealer under your eye before the eyeshadow so it won't be in patches even when you sweat. for eyeliner get those pencil for lower lid and liquid for upper lid and you shld not apply a thick eyeliner as you'll end up looking like a panda... Try out the concealer it really does work. Get Clinique brush concealer like less then 40 bucks...

No hon..make up is not permanant unless you have it tattooed on(which I have seen alot of) but at some point in time make up,especially eye shadow, liner,or mascara will smear or come off by the end of day and sooner

Don't touch your eyes? Don't use liquid eyeliner. Obviously you can't handle liquid eyeliner, so use pencil, it usually lasts longer. AND, put it on the bottom near your lashline, because everytime you blink, your eyeliner will fade away.

Eye makeup gets "tired" as the day goes on. Carry some cotton swabs in your purse to clean with and do little "touch ups" when you get a minute or two.

yup..put some light powder on under your eyes..also if you sweat during the day it really cant help too much..also if you have oily skin that can add alot to it too..try the powder under the eyes,if that dosen't help..then just use less makeup..

Maybe its because you are putting eyeshadow under your eye, as far as i know it just goes on the lid. and just wearing it for a long period of time makes it smear some.

It could be either of these but I think that it is the quality of the eyeliner!
