I am a 21 year old mother of a 2 month old. I am looking for some help finding career training, and career help. I have no clue what I want to do, or how to get help with certifications. I thought about getting a real estate license, but where can I find out more information?

Have you ever thought of going into as a real estate investor? You don't need a license or certification but you need knowledge and a good credit score. Try buying one of these books to learn more about this venture because it is lucrative and profitable if you know what you're doing. Plus, most of the work can be done online so you can stay home with your kid.

Look for an adult learning center in your area. They should be able to give you some advice for your career based on what you like, your current education, and your schedule. If you want to check out a real estate career, contact a local real estate school like Century21. Good luck.
