One eventually freezes to death when his body tempreture cannot remain at 37 degrees celcuis.

So, to freeze to death, the loss of tempreture from the body to the surroundings has to be at a higher rate then the production of heat energy by the body when we respire.

I heard from a researcher that at the coldest point in antartica where its negative 70 degrees celcius, it takes 15 seconds to die if one has no insulation...

Freezing to death is hypothermia. You can't freeze to death without hypothermia. It's impossible. Technically, in the right conditions, anything below 98.6 degrees F (normal body temp) could lead to hypothermia, and any hypothermia can lead to death.

Hypothermia simply means "low temperature" ..
It is a stage you go through on the way to freezing to death..
You become hypothermic and if you don't warm up, you die...
You can't freeze to death without becoming hypothermic...
You could die from hypothermia ( freeze to death ) in 70 degree
water temperature after many hours..
