I shower at least once a day, a lot of times twice a day. I wash my hair most days, although I will skip a day every once in awhile. I brush my teeth at least twice a day, sometimes more often. I also wash my private area several times a day with a mild cleanser or I use baby wipes. And I constantly wash my hands very often during the day and use hand sanitizer. I hate germs and I don't like to be dirty. I love to be clean and fresh smelling. I change my clothes about twice a day. Soap & water is inexpensive and there is no reason a person should be clean, well-groomed, and smelling good. I detest body odor and in this day and time, there's no excuse for bad hygiene.

Brushing my teeth twice or three times a day
showers once or twice a day
I brush at least 30 seconds to 5 minutes
I don't brush hard or fast or that will not clean my teeth properly and screw my tooth brush.
I change my clothes when dirty or wet about twice a day.

I brush my teeth after whenever i eat. The duration is about three to four minutes. I shower once daily (used to be two before water restrictions!) or after whenever i exercise and get sweaty! I change my clothes once a day (out of pajamas) and all the other times is if I'm going out or have just exercised! I hope that's helped!!!

I usually shower once a day....sometimes every other day. I brush my teeth atleast twice a day, for about 2 minutes. I also try to floss once a day. Change clothes atleast once a day, or more if necessary.

Odd question, but I'm bored; so...

I shower and wash my hair once a day, shave every other day (legs, arms and underarms), and brush my teeth right after breakfast and right before bed.

Cleanliness is the phantasm. you will only finally end up starting to be considered one of those folk who is going "eww, dirt! And omg a computer virus!" and runs around with their palms interior the air the 1st time they get out of the city. I hate human beings like that. it is not going to harm you.
