1) Temperature is reported by the TV but they collect it by A maximum and minimum thermometer. Once the weather man has collected both of these he pluses both the temperatures and divides it by 2.
2) I don't have this one but they probably have some device to measure the water vapor in the air
3) They don't instead a wind vane consists of a freely moving pointer mounted on a vertical shaft with four cardinal points. The pointer always points in the direction from which the wind blows
