On the personal, individual level, therapy could help. On the social and cultural level, the deconstruction of traditional educational, media, political and other patterns could help. It is very important to recognize the very subtle signs of sexism and discrimination in everyday life, signs are affecting our subliminal perception. You don't see it explicitly as an expression of misogyny and sexism, but you will start to behave exactly in a way those messages expect from you. This is the way marketing and propaganda work.
Oh, we didn't know it is YOU who needs therapy. We thought you are asking cause you are open-minded person who really CARES. Now we see you desperately need a therapy since you had to use caps to express your misogyny.

Talk to Sigmund Freud. The subconscious is one of the few concepts that translated well into the modern world. Translated, though, into the unconscious or non-conscious. If it was subconscious how did you know you had it? A bit of sticky wicket in Freud's positing, that.

Try to let your consciousness consider the problem, all the issues, what makes sense and what doesn't, etc. until it seems to be gone.
If that doesn't work a person may want to see a therapist.

everytime you thing something negitive about a female- STOP and ask is she a bad person herself? or is she a bad person herself because she is a SHE?
then think about it from a gender-neuteral angle.
after a while those anit-female thoughts will decrease. also find a girl to speak to about these feelings. get her opinons. take her words and think about them while correcting your mean ones
