First a non-verbal cue, such as the hand held out in a "stop" gesture.
Next, if that doe not work, verbally asking for your boundaries to be respected.
Last, leave or tell them to leave.

You can make it obvious that you do not want to answer all of their questions. I simply try my best to not surround myself with intrusive people. If I must or I am in a situation where I have to then I hold strong to my boundaries and I'll say something like "Well I'm a pretty private person, why don't you tell me about you." Work's like a charm!

You do realize that behavior is a two-way street? Feel free to ask your "own questions of them!" If they can ask of you, let them feel how it is to be asked intrusive questions! There's nothing to show someone how they are, like a mirror!

I find that farting does wonders at making people go away.

You've suddenly become very busy, and will get back to them later.
Be nice , but prove that your world doesn't include them at times.
They will have to accept it .

I answer their questiong with thigns they don't want to hear..
:) I little evil, but I tell the truth, and if its not something you want to hear, I'm sorry! i'm not going to bite my tounge because your "feelings' will get hurt.
