take door off, sand it down(remove raised parts). use wood putty to fill holes, sand it again. repaint, or stain.

You would use wood filler puddy. Its available at any harware store and comes ina little cup container.Use a scrapper to apply it. Let it dry a few hours, sand and paint. Its very easy. Or is the holes are small., maybe just paint over them.

If door is white, standard white toothpaste works great fills holes and hardens without shrinking. Also works well in sheet rock. Can also be painted over.

Put dart holesin all the other parts of the wall/doors. then make out its a clever effect.
