What is moksha?
Moksha means liberation of soul such that it does not return to earth to repeat the cycle of birth and death and go through all that pains, sufferings, and be enmeshed in maya (attachment with worldly things).
What is the truth in this concept?
There is a great deal of truth in it. Slight detachment from worldly things gives you inkling. Just see a relative in dying state or when he/she is dead. You will wonder why all that and what for?
What is the way to achieve it?
Moksha can be attained by leaving behind all the passions, greed, and by surrendering to the supreme. In other words moksha can be attained by sheer devotion (bhakti) to the Lord

MOKSHA
As members of society, our minds are endlessly bombarded and ensconced in the dealings of the everyday world. However, every so often, the mind endeavors to achieve a separation from reality to comprehend the meaning of life, communicate with God, or even to understand the true nature of the Self. The mission of this Moksha is to attempt to provide answers to these complicated issues by nurturing an interest in Indian philosophy and religion, for which an understanding of these issues is imperative. The ultimate goal of this journal then, will be to arouse the idle mind so that it may begin to perceive and appreciate knowledge, and then strive towards liberation (moksha).

Moksha (Sanskrit: मोक्ष, liberation) or Mukti (Sanskrit: मुक्ति, release) refers, in Indian religions (Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism), to liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth and all the suffering and limitation entailed in embodied worldly existence. In higher Hindu philosophy, it is seen as a transcendence of phenomenal being, of any sense of consciousness of time, space, and causation (karma). It is not seen as a soteriological goal in the same sense as in a Christian context, but signifies rather a dissolution of the sense of self as an egoistic personality — the undoing of conditioned mentality-materiality or nama-roopa (lit. name-form). Liberation is achieved by (and accompanied with) the complete stilling of all passions — a state of being known as Nirvana. Buddhist thought differs slightly from the Advaita Vedantist reading of liberation.
