Has anybody heard anything new in the Don Vito case?

Nothing really has been said in 6 months. I figured somebody in Colorado might know something. The news articles were pretty brief and they were all from August. Has there been a civil suit filed? Has the prosecutor amended or dropped any charges? What kind of sentence is he facing? Again, I haven't heard anything in 6 months.

are u talkin bout the 3 charges of groppin the 14/15 yr olds? i was readin something bout ' it today. he goes to court in march something i forgot. the most he was lookin at was 6yrs..the same lawyer who did the kobe bryan case is doin his!
