yes its Vista capable here is the OS that you list it comes with OS: Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium [+104].

As far as "High end" I wouldn't necessarily put it in that category. It seems to be a good setup for most things.

For gaming I would want a different video card the 7300LE isn't that good for gaming.

I would want gigabit Ethernet too.

Everything looks good, except for the video card, which is absolute junk for games. You need at least something in the 7600 range, but if you want to call it high-end, you should really look at the 7900 range, or 8800 if you have a little extra cash. It will run Vista as currently configured, but games will not play well at all.

Sli motherboard with a non-sli video card. Power supply is Nvidia non-sli ready certified. Vista capable-yes.

its almost high end if you put a 7900gs or evga 8800 its already high end though.
