I have to do a double in my dance. Its on tap and its very fast. I can get about 1 1/2 and then I fall out. Can anybody help me on what I could do to make it al the way around. Thanks! and by the way I have about 1month to get it perfect for competition!

i have the same exact problem! what i would work on is balance. also, are you throwing ur arms around? if so...try to keep them in place. don't prep in releve. you want to push off of both feet (quickly) at the same time. so it's best to have ur feet flat on the ground and plie. also, my teacher told me to spot very quickly. it's hard but needed. u will probably be learning to do a triple soon. also, turn out and stay in releve the whole time u are turning.

i have to do a double in my dance too and i have to go to competition in 2 weeks or so (showstopper) i wonder if its the same one
but anyways just first get u prep ready and spot and have strong hand adn a good suporting leg
