my ex..what should i do?

we broke up mutually i relized i was still in love with him hes got a new girlfriend i have a boyfriend..my ex says i love you and miss you on the phone all the time..im always yellin at him..how can i lower my temper towards him?

Use your caller ID and not answer when he calls or block his number. It is time to move on. Why torture yourself?
