How do we file our taxes with disabiliy severance pay that has been taxed?

We need to get that money back but how? Please help!!!

If the disability severance pay was from the employer or a private plan, not social security, and you got tax paperwork on it, then it's most likely taxable income and you'd have to claim it as such.
