DR. HOUSE you can use both of them at the same time i am going to get a SLI board and run them in SLI

Yes it will power all of that, that stuff take a little under 400W to power. As for the video cards, yes of course you can run those in SLI, but I would seriously suggest investing that money into one of the 8800s, they are DirectX 10 cards, and one will outperform two of the 7950s in SLI.
