Simply put, my dear, it is an erection of a penis. And no you are never too young to ask questions and to learn. The word ***** is just another slang word, just as "hard-on", "thick-prick", etc., I think you get the picture.

It means when a boy gets a hard on with his penis. I wouldn't say it's a "bad" word, more of a derogatory phrase.
