Collagen; but why would you want to? Speaking as a person who was born with naturally plump lips (nowhere near Angelina Jolie proportions, though), I HATE them. I never even wear lipstick because I feel like they stick out too far and make me look like a clown.

Restylane/Perlane injections. Restylane lasts 4-6 months, Perlane lasts 6-12 months. Good luck : )
