I play on FullTilt, and the site records your hand history for each tournament/sit n' go/cash game, so I often go back over my hand history to see where I played it right and where I could have done better. Also, if you really want to become a good online player, actually pay attention to the action when you're not in it, because you can often pick up on people's betting patterns (most online players are at least "semi-predictable")
