Is she just insecure or should I just stop talking to females period? I have never cheated or anything like that .

I think it's both. She's insecure but you must be making her feel that way. Maybe not intentional but she has to be getting it from somewhere. Women are territorial of their man and she needs to feel and know that your still hers no matter what. She needs you to show her that she has nothing to worry about. Like, let's say you were talking to a female friend, laughing and joking around, maybe you two don't do that so much so she's going to be a bit jealous or insecure. Why not walk over to her afterwords and give her a kiss on the cheek or put your arm around her so your female friends can see that your dedicated to your wife and then she'll feel a bit more secure. Women just want to be re-assured that their the only one for you.

A woman can see attraction and flirting in a mans eyes and tone of voice. After 13 years she knows you well. Remember she once saw you talk to her like that too, and we female's have very keen senses on these things. I'm sure that you haven't cheated but guys still can flirt married or not. If she sees it as flirting it probably is.

She may be insecure but maybe if you meet her halfway and only talk to them only when you are with her... This may make her feel better and not so insecure. I wonder why she feels it is flirting... Have you asked her why she feels this way and how would you feel if she was talking to men in a friendly manner alot... Would you be ok with this or would it make you wonder sometimes?

Why don't you show your wife than your more in love with her now than you have ever been before. Why don; you really and i mean really look at her for a change and do something nice to her. Bring home some red roses, take her to an expensive romantic dinner for two, and take hr out dancing and i do not mean for Valentine's day i mean just cause. You need to spice up your marriage. Have fun with your wife. when u start paying attention to her and taking her out than maybe she want feel that way anymore.

13 years...you are probably at the stage I am. You have been kissing wife'e buttox for this long and have decided that talking to other people in the world is OK...until the wife puts her insecure spin on it. Been there. Too bad she can't get over herself or her insecurities. Keep talking, brother, because these skills will come in handy after you decide to run like hell from the wife one day.

Maybe you are really flirting?
You're not going to stop talking to women, of course, but try to see it through your wife's eyes - and be honest! Maybe you over do it?
Personally, I just find it cute that my husband is flirting with other women - as long as it doesn't go over board. I do thrust him 100 per cent. A nice flirt makes every one happy. I like to flirt a bit myself - and part of the fun is knowing that I'd never cheat and the man I flirt with wouldn't, either.

You have to read behind lines.
This suspicious behavior going to get worse & worse by time.
Your wife needs help. I mean professional help.
Seek a marriage counselor or a therapist.
She must get over her fear of losing you and she should work on her self-esteem.
Obviously, she is not feeling secured in her relationship. And she will never, either with you or any other male.
It’s all about her self confidence, not you.

Been there & still going there, my husband is a bus driver for the city & some chicks think it is a challenge to get someones man. as for your wife, us women can tell when another woamn is curious about her man & these woamn are disrespectful & will flirt just to start ****, so don't blame your wife she knows better than u how women are.

Been there done that too. I'm 44 yrs old, and an ex of mine that I was with for 5 years started doing that too. I never cheated on her. As it turned out, she was the one cheating, and was afraid I was doing the same to her!! We divorced, and she was re-married one month later!!! I just wonder if he thinks she will be faithful to him!!!
