Use a powder/make-up foundation. Almay’s powder foundation called Clear Complexion compact makeup will help cover up the pimples.
First, apply the foundation over your face with the sponge applicator. Then take a tissue and dab a little extra on the pimples. Keep dabbing over the pimples, don't stroke over them, and keep dabbing until blended. You should not look any more made over on the area of the pimple as anywhere else on your face, and the redness of the pimples should not show through.

covering pimples with makeup just dosent help at all..it makes it a whole lot worse..dry the pimples out first and then when u go out,put on some good fondation that isn't oily..i use true match an it works great for my sensitive skin..and blot it on and blend it in around the pimple..don't rub it on or you'll be wasting makeup..

well first you need to dry out the area where the pimple is.(use regular bar soap). Then apply foundation with finger tips.( dont rub in, just blot!) after that apply a face powder to set.
and Good Luck!!!!

you should try bare escentuals, it's a mineral makeup great for acneic skin, because it's so pure. Never use bar soap on the face, that will dry u out and make your skin to produce more sebum (oil) to compensate for the dryness, and you will end up greasy and pimply!

Why don't you go to a dermatologist and get your skin cleared up?
