Be careful when using cocoa butter on your face. It can make your face look really oily. I would recommend using a moisturizer that appeals to your needs ie; dry skin, oily skin, etc. If you're looking for a product that helps minimize scars then I would recommend Mederma. You can buy this at Target, Walmart or your grocery store.

I don't know if it fades red marks. But I have very dry skin, so I use cocoa butter. I make my own formula with a little cocoa butter, some almond oil and a vitamin e capsule all mixed together. you have the melt the cocoa butter for a few seconds in the microwave.
However, it is a very oily mixture. It works for me because my skin is dry. It is all natural so it absorbs well.
I know that vitamin e has some effect on scars, so maybe it would work on the red marks. I don't know. But if you want to try it, just poke a capsule with a pin and squeeze out the vitamin e oil and apply it.
good luck!

THIS IS AMOISTURIZER AND LEMON ABSORBS EXCESS OIL ON SKIN AND REMOVES THEM ARKS COMPLETELY WITH REGULAR USE
