Swimming - sometimes I'll just smile while swimming underwater for no reason. Watching surfing videos of people who glide across a twirling swirling mass of chaos coming across the ocean makes my face light up. The surfing community is a pretty healthy and happy place in general. :D

There used to be a woman I knew that had that effect on me, now i'm just sad when I see her. It's a nice feeling to be instantly lifted no matter what is going on.

Definately my childrens sense of humor, no matter how many times I have heard the same joke, or hear them say the same thing " wrong "....and hear their laughter I can't help but, smile or be happy.
