I am 14, and got my period last year. I take good care of myself..take showers daily, change my underwear etc. but I always have a lot, and I mean a lot of vaginal discharge.(yellowish white color) Plus it has an odor too. I keep clean, and it's always there, even when I do not have my period. Is this a yeast infection? How do I know? What should I do?

The amount of discharge varies from one woman to another, and it varies for each woman during the monthly cycle. I am not a medical professional, so I can't guess exactly what is causing the odor, but if it's bothering you, you should see a nurse or doctor. If you haven't yet had sexual contact, that narrows what it might be. If you have already had sexual contact, you might have picked up something, and you should definitely have it checked.
