Can you get someone to send Tom a message from their page and explain the situation? Maybe your password could be sent your new e-mail. I'm not sure what he'd have to do to get proof that you aren't hacking a page, but it is worth a try. Until then, keep trying anything you can think of for a password. Good luck.
