No, The origin of earth is definitely due to divine power. Chemistry and Physics are just speculation by humans to explain the origin for our understanding.

some of the theories suggest that orgin of earth is by chemistry...i think it is a combination of chemistry & physics

I think it is more about physics. it doesnt really have a lot of chemical reactions or stuff except the 2nd and 3rd stages.
