I do not think there is a record of the first email id, anywhere, as email was used by corporates on their local corporate networks way earlier than the internet was born, also a lot of email addresses were used in colleges and universities, and then the networks started connecting, So I am not sure there can be a record or a claim to the first known email id.

Interesting question. But first webmail service is Hotmail. Then Yahoo.
