He's not gay, but even if he was it shouldn't matter. Also Gerard and Bert McCracken never dated and they aren't friends anymore.

Gerard Way is 100% gay...if "gay" means that he sleeps with a lot of chicks on any given night...maybe several at the same time.

he did just have a girlfriend which he dated for 6 years, but he broke up with her not too long ago.
