my sony laptop lcd became fade away, i can barely see thing without light, do i need to change the new lcd?

It probably needs a new backlight or inverter, if you still have it warrantied i'd use it. If not then find a computer shop that can test/replace either. If it's the backlight it usually doesn't cost that much, but if it's the inverter then you might be having to pay $50 or more depending on how easy it is to get for your model.
